On Friday, some of the corporate team had the pleasure of attending the Empty Bowls event. For those of you who are unfamiliar, Empty Bowls is a lunch event where you pay a donation and sample soups from many major restaurants in Dallas. All the money goes to the North Texas Food Bank. What a great event.

Now, maybe some of you can donate towards maybe increasing the salaries of those working at Nessel’s City Central Apartments, and hopefully, that will resolve the very slow maintenance request responses ever since I moved in, and getting the computers in the computer room back online, and picking up the trash on the property, including the large pieces of broken glass under the stairs by near the mailboxes…..but then, no one seems to care anyway…….no wonder occupancy here is low….
